1) ILAGA Emergency Situation-Air Strikes & Ground Attacks by the Indonesian Military Were Killed 7 Civilians People in Ilaga Papua
Today September 18th 2019 KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM
Headquarters have received reports that the Indonesian Military and Police Forces has carried out airstrikes using helicopters as well as ground attacks using two vehicles on September 17th 2019 yesterday, and these attacks have destroyed villages and many fatalities.
The brutal attack was carried out in Mayugarik District, Puncak Papua Regency, by the Indonesian military and police.
Commander of the TPNPB-OPM Sinak Rgeion “Bridgen Militer Murib” has reported that this attack had been carried out while the community was preparing for tribal war peace in the region, and as a result the community fled to the forest and also there were many who had been victims of shooters by the Indonesian military and Police.

Report on the situation since military operations that have been and are being carried out by the Indonesian & Police in Puncak Papua Regency, and on September 17th, 2019 to be exact in OLEN Village of North Ilaga District at 04:30 am to 7:00 pm Ilaga Time.
The Indonesian state security forces has carried out brutaly shootings with heavy weapons or basocas type and also launching granad type in the crowd of civil society. As a result of this brutal attack by Indonesian Security Forces, then 7th civilians were reportedly shot dead by the Indonesian military and police, as well as more civilians who were injured. The victim who was shot dead by the Indonesian military namely “Pekiman Wonda” as a member of the Civil Service Police died and 6th others were being recorded in the names of the victims. And the plan is that the community will deliver the death bodies of victims to the capital town of Puncak Regency, for accountability by the Indonesian Military and Police.
Seeing this situation, the people in the ILAGA district areas requested humanitarian assistance from the National Comission of Human Rights (KOMNAS HAM-RI) to enter at Puncak Regency as soon as to protect the community. And also request that attention by the United Nations, because in ILAGA, Puncak Papua Regency the status of Military emergency zone.

Ilaga Krisis Kemanusiaan: Serangan Udara dan Serangan Darat Oleh Militer Indonesia Menewaskan 7 Orang Masyarakat Cipil di Ilaga, Papua
Pada hari ini Tanggal 18 September 2019 Markas pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM telah terima laporan bahwa Pasukan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia telah melakukan serangan udara menggunakan Helicopter dan juga serangan darat menggunakan Kendaran road dua pada tanggal 17 September 2019, dan serangan ini telah menghancurkan kampung dan Banyak korban jiwa.
Serangan brutal itu telah dilakukan di Distrik Mayugarik, Kabupaten Puncak Papua, oleh militer dan Polisi Indonesian.
Panglima TPNPB KODAP Siank Bridgen Militer Murib melaporkan bahwa penyerangan ini telah dilakukan saat masyarakat sedang dalam persiapan untuk perdamaian perang suku di wilayah itu, dan akibatnya masyarakat lari ke hutan dan juga Ada banyak yang telah menjadi korban penembak oleh mIliter dan Polisi Indonesia.

Info terbaru Laporan situasi semenjak operasi militer yang telah dan sedang dilakukan ooleh TNI & POLRI di Kabupaten Puncak, dan pada tanggal 17 September 2019 tepatnya di Kampung OLEN Distrik Ilaga Utara pada pukul 04:30 Waktu Ilaga, pihak keamanan Negara telah melakukan penembakan membabi buta dengan senjata berat atau jenis basoka dan juga granad peluncur di kerumunan masyarakat sipil.
Akibat dari serangan brutal ini, 7 orang Masyarakat civil dilaporkan telah ditembak Mati Oleh militer dan Polisi Indonesia, dan juga lebih banyak masyarakat sipil telah mengalami luka-luka.

Dan rencana nya bahwa masyarakat akan mengantarkan jenasah korban ke Ibu kota Kabupaten Puncak, guna pertangungjawaban oleh pihak TNI & POLRI.
Melihat situasi ini, masyarakat di Wilayah district ILAGA mohon bantuan kemanusiaan dari KOMNAS HAM ke kabupaten puncak.
Dan juga mohon perhatian oleh PBB, karena di ILAGA Kabupaten Puncak Papua status darurat Militer. Hal ini telah dan sedang terjadi, karena Operasi Militer yang massive sedang berlangsung di wilayah itu.
Demikian, laporan ini dapat dikeluarkan oleh Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM pada hari ini tanggal 18 September 2019 berdasarkan laporan dari Ilaga, yang mana telah dilaporkan langsung oleh Panglima TPNPB- OPm KODAP Sinak Bridgen Militer Murib.
